You may create an account to track your scores and appear on leaderboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.
Information sharing and communications. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that we may share information about your account and activity on the Service with our affiliates, service providers, and select third parties, and that those parties may contact you with promotional or informational communications, in each case consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting deletion of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
- Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Impersonate another person or entity
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
If you are under 13, you may not create an account or provide any personal information through the Service. You may play the game as a guest without providing personal information.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information as promptly as possible. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at reguessrsupport@gmail.com so we can promptly remove the information.
Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information to the Service may request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information by contacting us at the address above.
