By accessing or using RealEstateGuessr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealEstateGuessr is a free online game where users guess the listing prices of real estate properties. The Service includes gameplay features, leaderboards, and multiplayer party modes.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to track your scores and appear on leaderboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

Information sharing and communications. By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that we may share information about your account and activity on the Service with our affiliates, service providers, and select third parties, and that those parties may contact you with promotional or informational communications, in each case consistent with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by requesting deletion of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
  • Attempt to manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 without verified parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property data or pricing information displayed in the game.

8. Limitation of Liability
